AirTrack Ultimate Plus from PE-Redskaber is a well-engineered air tumbling track developed for training environments with high demands for maximum performance, where precision during take-off is essential, e.g. high-level TeamGym and tumbling.

As the inventor of the original AirTrack in 1997, PE-Redskaber draws on decades of experience in developing AirTracks, with construction, materials and details continuously improved. The result is a solution focused on optimal take-off, robust construction and a long service life.

The AirTrack Ultimate Plus is developed for clubs and gymnasts who want maximum stability and precision in tumbling training - particularly in high-intensity environments with technically demanding skills.

AirTrack Ultimate Plus is optimised for maximum performance through carefully selected construction, height and materials and has been tested in practice in demanding, high-load environments, e.g. at FACEOFF competitions and on world tours with the DGI National Danish Performance Team, as well as in many other training and competition settings.

Construction and design
The AirTrack Ultimate Plus is constructed for high structural stability and precise take-off:

• 33 cm height
• woven 140 cm Double Wall Fabric (DWF)
• bonded joint positioned below the centre line double-joined centre section for increased strength
• reinforced corners
• extra-heavy-duty 850 g/m² side material
• TrackGrip® patented VELCRO® system
• manufactured in the EU

The drop-stitch construction consists of thousands of vertically woven threads between the top and bottom surfaces. The woven structure provides a stable and locked construction that reduces deformation and ensures precise and consistent take-off.

The double seam and overall construction are developed to withstand high loads and ensure a long service life, even with intensive use in gymnastics environments.  

Rebound and training experience
When a gymnast lands on an AirTrack Ultimate Plus, the air within the construction is compressed and the woven drop-stitch threads are tensioned. The stored energy is returned quickly and in a controlled manner as rebound.

This construction provides a rebound profile characterised by:

TrackGrip® - The only replaceable attachment system
AirTrack Ultimate Plus is equipped with the patented TrackGrip® system:

• 15 cm TrackGrip® at the ends with replaceable VELCRO®
• 10 cm VELCRO® along the sides

The system is developed for the areas with the greatest wear and makes it possible to replace the VELCRO® quickly and economically.

The VELCRO® is easily replaced by opening the system, inserting a new VELCRO® piece and closing it again. Run-Up Tracks, Ramp Ups, Landing Mats, etc. can then be securely attached as usual. This extends the product's service life and ensures stable connections between equipment in training setups.
